Daily fees

Our Daily Fee is $136 for all ages (last updated July 1st 2025).

*Please note, that all fees are a flat rate. Each family’s gap fee will be different based on their Child Care Subsidy entitlements (CCS).

Application fee

Enrolment Fee
A non-refundable, non-transferable enrolment fee of $100 (inclusive of GST) applies per child for all applications.

This fee supports the time and thoughtful preparation required to welcome your child into our care. It covers:

  • Processing and entering all enrolment documentation into our system

  • Creating an individual file for your child to support their learning journey

  • Allocating time for educators to step off the floor to thoroughly read and understand your child’s background, needs, and interests

  • Designing a unique personal symbol for your child, used throughout their day for belongings, transitions, and visual recognition

  • Setting up a dedicated locker space, art folder, and cubby area

  • Updating our learning program and documentation system to include your child’s developmental stage, interests, and cultural identity—supporting a smooth and considered transition into our community

Bond Payment

Upon acceptance of an enrolment offer, a bond equivalent to two weeks' full fees is required to secure your child’s place.

This bond functions similarly to a rental bond and is held for the duration of your child’s enrolment. It will be refunded in full at the end of your child’s time with us, provided all notice requirements and account obligations have been met.

Initial Payment and Billing Structure

At the commencement of your enrolment, an upfront payment equivalent to three weeks of fees (with CCS applied) is required. Families are only responsible for the out-of-pocket gap amount after subsidies are applied.

This initial payment covers:

  • Your child’s first week of attendance, and

  • An additional two weeks held in credit, as part of our standard billing policy.

Following this, ongoing fees are charged weekly, making payments more manageable and consistent for families.

This two-week credit ensures continuity of care and supports a smooth administrative process throughout your child’s enrolment.

Start Strong Funding

We are pleased to offer Start Strong Funding for eligible families. This funding is available to all families whose child turns 3 or 4 years old on or before 31 July, regardless of your CCS entitlements.

Eligible families will receive:

  • 3-Year-Old Funding:
    A total of $515 per year, applied as a $9.90 weekly discount after your CCS subsidy. This means you will receive an additional $9.90 off your weekly out-of-pocket fees.

  • 4-Year-Old Funding:
    A total of $2,175 per year, applied as a $41.80 weekly discount after your CCS subsidy. This means you will receive an additional $41.80 off your weekly out-of-pocket fees.

Additional/Miscellaneous

In addition to the daily fees; excursions, incursions, events and items are direct debited individually and separately. This includes items such as preschool cups, preschool slippers etc.
